Commitment to Quality

Each pool project is managed by a Project Manager who supervises the construction process and coordinates all internal and external scheduling. As part of the Company's quality control program, Executive Management visits job sites at random to insure that the work performed not only meets the construction standards of the company, but also satisfies the expectations of our customers. In addition, the salesman is also on site during the excavation of the pool, and assists the Project Manager in scheduling and coordination.
